Proven on Our Own Menus

We Raise It. We Cook It. We Serve It — Every Night in Tokyo.

We are the producer, not a trading company. The same Miyazakigyu we export is served every night at our own restaurants in Tokyo — and because we cook it ourselves, our kitchen team can talk with yours, chef to chef, about cuts, yield and preparation.

Why Miyazakigyu

Miyazakigyu — a multiple-time top-prize winner at Japan's national Wagyu competition (the “Wagyu Olympics”)

Bloodline & Grading

Every animal is pure Japanese Black, raised under Miyazaki Prefecture's certification standards. We supply A3 to A5 grades to match your menu and price point, with marbling assessed on the BMS scale under Japan's national grading system.

The Fat Quality

Clean, light fat that never feels heavy, with a pronounced umami in the lean meat. It melts at a low temperature and finishes clean on the palate — guests can enjoy a full portion, not just a bite.

Raised in Miyazaki

Miyazaki, in southern Kyushu, pairs a mild Pacific climate with clean water and locally grown feed. Cattle are raised slowly, with individual traceability from birth to shipment.

The Producer

Arita Bokuchiku Sangyo — Raising Miyazakigyu at Scale, Without Compromise

Arita Bokuchiku Sangyo has raised Wagyu in Miyazaki for generations, managing every stage from breeding to finishing on its own farms. That scale and consistency earned the company the Large Producer Award at the 2025 World Steak Challenge. Because we control production ourselves, the beef served at our Tokyo restaurants and the beef we export come from the same herds, raised the same way.
